On Friday, August 19, 2016, Mouna texts Alyssa Banford to arrange a date: “Hey Alyssa, Nick here. Would 7pm at Mokabe’s work for you?” Alyssa responds: “Sounds purrrfect.” The following evening, Mouna confirms: “So, I’ll see you in a bit at Mokabe’s?” and Alyssa replies: “I’ll be there. Just a few away.”
This is significant because Tasha learned through Alyssa Banford that Mouna went on a date at Mokabe’s. Tasha then appeared at Mokabe’s herself and cited those encounters in her order of protection petition as evidence that Mouna was stalking her. Mokabe’s was the closest coffee shop to Mouna’s home and a place Mouna visited almost daily.
