In a comment on Justine Collum’s post, Tasha writes: “i will clarify: i classify what happened to me to be sexual coercion. some people consider that rape. some don’t. nick told a table full of people that they raped me. they used the word rape. i didn’t.”
Two things are notable here. First, Tasha herself distinguishes between “sexual coercion” and rape — yet she publicly called Mouna “a serial rapist” and told multiple people that Mouna “literally said ‘I raped Tasha’” on a recording Tasha refers to as “The Tape.” (For context on what “The Tape” actually contains and how it has been misrepresented, see the discussion on the main site.) Second, her claim that Mouna “told a table full of people that they raped me” is completely false. No such statement appears on The Tape, and Tasha herself admitted under oath that the words “I raped Tasha” do not appear on it (Kaminsky Deposition, pp. 89–90).
