“Nick” is Mouna Apperson’s dead name. Tasha and others use it in these documents. Mouna’s name is Mouna, and their pronouns are they/them.
Note: These documents were produced in discovery during Apperson v. Kaminsky, Norman, and Brown (Case No. 19SL-CC00805) and are not contested by any of the parties. All redactions were made by Tasha Kaminsky or her counsel. The exhibits are presented with the newest statements first, as that is the order in which they were provided.
Tasha pledges to use correct pronouns: “I will not misgender them”
