It's okay! It's not that bad. I had cramps so bad before that I couldn't talk. And I would be laying on the floor, sweating, with medicine a few feet away in the cupboard, but I couldn't get up to get it. I could just focus on trying to breath. Thankfully they got a little better after I ditched my diva cup! But I still use medicine for the first couple days so I'm not miserable.

That would happen when I deluded myself into thinking that that period would be different and the cramps wouldn't get so bad, and then they would get so and it would be too late for me to do something about it! So now I tend to head them off early!
