I don't have patience for some of these patients. They are so rude, telling me "you people" and expect me to not react to it just because nobody else at the pharmacy does. So I found out what happened was, a black woman named LaShanda Fields was the chief diversity and inclusion officer and administration felt she pushed them too far, so they got rid of her. Now Dr Butler is here and he plays more politically so they like him. His hope is to use a patient approach, starting slow and building up, which is why he is starting with unconscious bias, since that makes people less defensive. He's giving it to them slowly so they have time to adapt and think about it. It might work.
